Great nature walks into Windsor Castle Park just across from Smithfield Station. Perhaps a wedding party shot will be taken here!
Cotton won't be in season when we are in Smithfield, but the fields near Windsor Castle Park are so beautiful when it is!
Yup - this IS the town that ham built! Throw in some Virginia peanuts and you've got the major Smithfield food groups covered.
Speaking of food groups, we suspect some of you may enjoy the new brew pub in town, Wharf Hill Brewing Company (We already have!). We've heard rumors that the new Smithfield Winery will be opening soon as well.
Lots of cuteness to explore in Smithfield! All the wedding happenings will take place in less a 0.6 mile radius along the river. So unless the weather is really foul, much will be walkable. Otherwise, parking is very easy!
